To acknowledge these admirable efforts, the company proudly holds its annual Celebration of Culture week in October, dedicated to honoring the culture AbbVie has developed over the last twelve years. Along with the large volume of workshops and events offered, Celebration of Culture is a moment for all employees to reflect on how they bring the culture to life.

With representation across all functions, this group serves as role models and catalysts on the ground to ultimately help drive the desired culture.
