We support initiatives that will directly strengthen our healthcare system leading to timely and high-quality delivery of care for patients.
We support initiatives that directly promote health equity in underserved communities that impact social and economic disparities in access.
We support impactful healthcare initiatives that will directly improve patient outcomes, experience and access to care.
Under AbbVie’s Grants and Donations program, we will not control, influence or participate in the design or conduct of the activity nor acquire a tangible benefit from the funding.
Grants
Unsolicited funding requested by a non-profit, qualified organization or entity, for an activity or a project that will advances scientific or medical knowledge and/or enhances patient care.
Donations
Charitable, philanthropic, humanitarian’s activities that supports healthcare, environments and communities in which AbbVie operates.
Journal Club and Rounds
Medical, educational, and scientific activities HCPs to HCPs, that exchange information on related scientific and clinical issues. AbbVie is not in any way involved in the content creation nor the full editorial. The content is owned and organized by an Institution, medical and scientific non-profit entity. These activities must take place in an appropriate setting such as hospitals, clinics, or academic centers. These activities take place in a variety of formats including lectures, debates, panel discussions or simulations in order to achieve particular learning objectives and that are non promotional.
